Madonna is desperately trying to help younger pal Britney Spears in getting her career back in shape.

A source reveals, “Madonna knows that Britney looks up to her and since they appeared together at VMAs in 2003 they have remained good friends.”

“Madonna’s desperate to help Britney out and now that she is on the mend. Madonna feels she can really do something to help her boost her career.”

“She knows Britney needs all the good press she can get so she has offered a chance to be a part of her tour on the Los Angeles leg in November.”

“Everyone is trying to keep the exact plans hush-hush so it is more of a surprise.”

Britney Spears is rumored to be performing at Madonna’s Sticky+Sweet tour.

Queen of Pop Madonna is planning a very unique thing for her upcoming Sticky + Sweet Tour as she has divided it into four parts- Pimp, Old School, Gypsy and Rave.

According to Madge’s rep, the pop star is all geared to travel around the world singing and frolicking with a 250-troupe, comprising of dancers, musicians, and assistants. The Material Girl will not be compromising with clothes and accessories as she has picked up 3500 garments, 16 guitars and 16 caterers.

The representative also confirmed that Madonna and her exclusive troupe have spent nearly 650 strenuous hours to perfect their moves for the show.

The Pimp section of the show will feature the 1920’s, the Old School would see Madonna paying tribute to the 1980’s , and Gypsy segment will have exclusive “three Romanian gypsy musicians” playing for the show.

And finally the Rave section will have Madonna dance to her own disco numbers.

Madonna has twisted her ankle and the pain has stopped the going to be 50 singer celebrating the milestone by throwing a luxurious party at her estate in England.

A source says,  “Plans are very hush-hush but Madonna is definitely going to celebrate in style.

“Unfortunately, not everything has gone as expected as she’s had many other things on her mind - not least rehearsals for her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour. On top of all the stress, she twisted her ankle over the weekend.

“She views this as a sign she should postpone the birthday bash and play it by ear instead.

“Madonna now thinks it will go ahead during a three-day break in the tour towards the end of the month.”

Material Girl, Madonna has splurged out on $24,000 mobike with a sidecar for her director husband Guy Ritchie.

The ‘Papa Don’t Preach’ singer got hold of the limited edition 1938 vintage BMW R71- made famous by animated pals Wallace and Gromit, after checking out dozen antique car collectors.

An insider reveals,  “She really wanted to treat Guy after a few weeks of going through the mill. He told her years ago he’d always wanted to own a WWII-era bike with sidecar.

“He’s thrilled with his present. It’s comical to think of him in the driver’s seat and Madge in the sidecar like Wallace and Gromit.”

Madonna and Guy Ritchie were recently involved in divorce rumors.
