A source says,  “Plans are very hush-hush but Madonna is definitely going to celebrate in style.

“Unfortunately, not everything has gone as expected as she’s had many other things on her mind - not least rehearsals for her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour. On top of all the stress, she twisted her ankle over the weekend.

“She views this as a sign she should postpone the birthday bash and play it by ear instead.

“Madonna now thinks it will go ahead during a three-day break in the tour towards the end of the month.”

According to an insider the Britney will perform for the video on an elevator.

The Material Girl is going to meet Spears in NY to record a video, that is going to broadcasted during her Sticky and Sweet tour which kicks of on 23rd August.

The 49-year-old singer has invited the Toxic hitmaker to accompany her onstage at some selected concerts.

A source reveals, “They are recording a video together on Sunday that will provide the backdrop for part of Madonna’s show.”

“And they are talking about Britney taking the stage on a few of the dates too.”

“It’s hoped that Madonna can help Britney get back to her old self.”

Popstar Madonna and her Kabbalah faith are being held responsible for baseball player Alex Rodriguez’s troubled marriage.

Madonna aka Em has taken famous divorce lawyer Fiona Shackleton’s advice whose list of clients includes Paul McCartney.

The source adds, “Em went to Fiona so that if they do split up, it will be easier to handle all the publicity if everything is in place legally.

“But at the moment they are both trying to rescue the situation. Em has shown a willingness to patch things up. But because almost all rehearsals for the tour are in New York rather than in London Guy thinks she’s not sacrificing much.”
